ON-RAMP CLASSES

Just throwing you into a CrossFit class is not demonstrating a commitment to your fitness. During your introductory assessment, you will learn all about our methodology and our unique application of CrossFit.

SRC60 ON-RAMP CLASSES

ON-RAMP

Get primed and ready for class

SRC60 On-Ramp is a 3-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!

*SRC60 On-Ramp is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience.

BENEFIT

On-Ramp is required for new athletes who do not have prior CrossFit experience. Prior experience involves at least 3 months of regular training at another CrossFit affiliate. However, anyone can benefit from On-Ramp! Sometimes it’s good to revisit the basics even if you have experience.

WHAT IS THE

The SRC60 On-Ramp is $100 for the 3 sessions. When you join SRC as a full-time member, the cost is added to your first month's membership dues.
