Our 60 minute class. SRC 60 is classic CrossFit, high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! 
*Prep Course Required (if no recent prior CrossFit Experience)

CF KIDS 

CrossFit Kids is a 60 minute fitness class especially designed for kids ages 6-17. CF Kids incorporates basic gymnastics as well as strength and conditioning.
